We’re excited to share that The Lab and the National Taiwan Library have come together to launch the innovative “NTU-NTL Senior Lab”! This collaborative project was officially introduced on September 23, 2025, during a vibrant ceremony. By blending the expertise of leading academic research with the resources of public libraries, we’re setting a new standard for utilizing technology to enrich the experiences of senior readers. Prof. Yueh, our dedicated project investigator, highlighted that the Senior Lab represents a significant step forward in creating technology that is both human-centered and age-friendly. We believe this living lab will inspire a fresh approach to library services in Taiwan, seamlessly integrating intelligent humanism with remarkable advancements in science and culture. Together, we are optimistic about the positive impact this initiative will have on enhancing the quality of life for seniors in our community!
